The product is built for venues, planners, and event organisers. They create branded event spaces, choose the public URL, print QR cards, and resell the experience to the couple or host as a high-margin service.
Custom event URL
Set a clean event link such as /wedding-party/rose-barn/alex-jamie with the event name, hero image, reveal date, and privacy mode.
QR pack
Generate table, guest, family, and helper QR cards that prefill guest names or table notes before the camera opens.

QR guest camera
No account and no app-store download for guests. The camera can run as a mobile PWA and remembers the uploader name on that phone.

This is the first production-shaped venue setup flow. It validates the venue slug and event slug, generates the public event page, prepares a guest camera link for QR cards, and sets the delayed private album code.

Cloudflare storage and bandwidth are expected to be low per event; AI and print fulfilment are metered add-ons; Stripe and print-provider fees are passed through before venue margin is calculated.

The protected admin path now checks provider readiness, requests print quotes, prepares order payloads, and records venue commission before fulfilment is enabled for live guests.
