QR workflow

How a QR wedding photo system works from table card to album

A good guest photo system is more than one QR code. It is a chain from the venue signup, through the custom event landing page, into guest capture, then back into a controlled gallery after the event.

1. Create the custom event URL

The organiser chooses a clean slug, event name, cover image, venue brand, reveal date, and private album access code. A future production URL could look like /events/rose-barn/alex-jamie or move to a standalone branded domain when the product leaves Snoaper.uk.

2. Generate several QR cards

The general QR works at the entrance or bar. Table QR cards can prefill table names. Family QR cards can carry family notes. Helper QR cards can be used by staff or the photographer to add labelled moments without needing a separate app.

3. Send guests into the camera

Guests open the camera from the QR link, take or upload a photo, add their name when needed, and save. The app prepares edited, black-and-white, and original versions for the admin gallery.

4. Manage the album after the event

The delayed private album opens from the event URL after the reveal date and access-code check. The venue or organiser can still search by guest, correct names, preview edited/B&W/original versions, download ZIP archives, export CSV manifests, delete unwanted photo sets, and prepare print offers in the protected admin centre.
